To access the full functionality of 88efb, you must complete the registration process by providing the required information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any additional details requested by the Platform. By submitting your registration, you confirm all provided information is truthful.
The Platform operates KYC procedures in compliance with applicable identity verification and AML obligations. You may be required to provide any or all of the following documents:
Document Security: Submit verification documents exclusively through the Platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents via unsecured email, social media or chat applications. Never alter, obscure, crop or modify any document submitted for KYC purposes — doing so constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before a first withdrawal, when an Account reaches specified deposit or activity thresholds, or at any other time at the Platform's discretion. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
88efb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Deposits must be made using payment methods currently supported in the Platform's cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Platform may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance by email.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives offered through 88efb are subject to their specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. By opting into any promotion, you accept its specific terms unconditionally.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or bonus-generated winnings. Illustrative example: a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal. Always read specific promotion pages for the exact multiplier applicable.
While an active bonus is in progress, a maximum per-bet restriction applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed this maximum during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.
Bonuses that are not claimed, activated or fully wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. The Platform is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
The Platform reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without legitimate gambling intent, or collusion with other Users. Determinations in this regard are made at the Platform's sole discretion.
The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion. Bets are not confirmed until an official acceptance confirmation is displayed in your account. Connectivity interruptions occurring after a bet has been confirmed do not invalidate the accepted wager.
Quoted odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Platform endeavours to display accurate odds but accepts no liability for errors arising from data feed issues, typographical errors or technical malfunctions, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
In the event of a dispute concerning the result of any sporting event or casino game, the Platform's records and the official result provided by the relevant governing body or game provider shall be determinative. The Platform's decisions in respect of bet settlement are final subject to any formal complaints procedure made available by the Platform.
Cricket betting markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament events, are subject to specific cricket betting rules published by the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88efb and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:
The Platform's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure — after deduction of applicable pending withdrawal reviews and bonus forfeiture where relevant — will be returned to your designated withdrawal method subject to completed KYC verification.
Upon Account closure, whether voluntary or Platform-initiated, all outstanding bonuses and promotional credits will be voided. Your obligation to comply with these Terms in respect of activity that occurred prior to closure survives the closure of your Account.
88efb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.2. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause limits the application of any mandatory consumer protection or gambling regulation laws applicable in the User's own jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation, may impose restrictions on their ability to access or use online gambling platforms.
